What to expect from life coaching and me

If you haven’t experienced life coaching before here’s some information that might be helpful but honestly the best way to find out what it’s like is to try it out.

In our introductory session we’ll get to know each other a bit better. I’ll show you how I coach as a taster of what it is like – if you’d like me to.  We’ll talk about what things you want to focus on and discuss the practicalities.  You can then reflect and decide if you want to go further.

If you decide to go ahead, a package of sessions with me can help you:

  • Uncover what’s holding you back in your life
  • Find clarity on what you want next
  • Help you understand the stories you tell yourself
  • Map out new ways of thinking and doing
  • Prioritise key steps you need to take to achieve change
  • Move towards new goals with support
  • Learn to change your approach to situations for better outcomes

  • Be a happier and more fulfilled person

Bear in mind that lifelong patterns of behaviour or thinking won’t change overnight.  However, my experience of being coached by a good coach was that it was so helpful after 2 sessions that I decided to become a coach myself.
