About you
If you are someone who is unhappy, stressed or fed up with something, or a number of things in your life then coaching is very likely to help you. Perhaps you are facing a crossroads and need some help to work out your next steps. Maybe you have a tricky decision to make or are struggling with a relationship with someone at work or home.
- You will need to be ready to set aside some time each week, or every couple of weeks and be willing to have open conversations with me.
- You are someone who knows that things could be better in your life and you are committed to some sort of change.
- You are open to new ideas and happy to spend some time learning and growing
- You are willing to do some work to bring about change
