Coaching

If you are here you are probably wondering whether coaching is right for you.  If you haven’t been coached before I hope this page helps you take the first step.

I often work with people who are seeking some change but they aren’t sure how to move forwards. Perhaps you are unhappy at work or have a problem in your family that is tricky to deal with? Maybe you lack confidence to deal with something or are finding it difficult to get a task done. You can’t stop thinking about this issue and it is making you pretty low. If you are losing sleep over it and can feel the thoughts whirling about in your head then you’ve come to the right place.

I provide a warm, empathic, non-judgemental space to explore solutions to problems or niggles you have. I am a skilled, intuitive life coach helping you find your way. I use proven techniques often based on cognitive behavioural coaching, that help you transform your life for the better.

I love coaching outdoors in nature as that can really unlock a lot of thinking. We can do this by phone if you aren’t near me. I also coach indoors, online and by phone so you can choose one or more of these options.

If you have never tried life coaching before the best way to find out whether it is for you is to try it out! If you have tried it before then bear in mind that every coach is different. It’s important to find someone that you feel completely at ease with.

I provide a free taster session where we can get to know each other and start to explore how coaching might help you.  There is no hard sell to work with me after this complimentary session so you have nothing to lose by booking one now.

“Brenda has a calming effect in her coaching style & is easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable to share my patterns. We put strategies in place to follow and It has helped me enormously. I use the tools she shared with me to improve my life on a daily basis when I get stuck. It was enjoyable and simple to implement and I’m very grateful and would definitely recommend.”
